At Sencha Tea Bar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tea experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns on unopened tea and unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit; please include a copy of your receipt or packing slip.
